Press Start is founded by Lucas Crobach, who is specialized in developing and implementing business models for blended, branded and inclusive real estate spaces. During his professional career he closely studied the way real estate design impacts human behaviour and its translation to productivity and ROI of spaces including coliving, serviced living and all types of blends with hospitality- and workspaces. At Press Start he combines design workshops with project startups and Scrum sprints to rapidly prototype and test solutions.

Next to Press Start he is Dutch ambassador of international non-profit organization Co-Liv catalyzing the coliving movement in the Netherlands.
